Spring 2026 harvest sold out — the next one arrives in spring 2027. Leave your e-mail and we will let you know as soon as the next one is jarred.
This honey comes from the hives in our garden in Corné, in the Loire Valley. In spring the bees forage on fruit trees, hawthorn, rapeseed from the neighbouring fields, hedgerows and meadow flowers.
It is cold-extracted, never blended with other honeys, then jarred by hand at home. Nothing else: no heating, no blending, no added flavours.
Its texture changes naturally over time: honey that crystallises is honey that is alive. To soften it, place the jar in warm water (below 40 °C).
