The summer harvest gathers nectar from the flowers of high season: lime tree, bramble, clover and meadow flowers around Corné.
Like all our harvests, this honey is cold-extracted, never blended, and jarred by hand at home. It is a small family harvest: when it’s gone, it’s gone.
Every harvest is different: colour, texture and taste vary with the year’s flowers and weather. That is the whole point of a garden honey.
